He entered this world into a loving family of five, including his parents and two sisters. From the very beginning, he was surrounded by the warmth of family bonds that would become an essential part of his life’s journey.

Growing up, Santosh observed his father and family friends as they followed a daily routine of heading to the office and returning home like clockwork. This early exposure to the world of work instilled in him a sense of discipline and routine that would serve as a guiding principle in his future endeavors. For nearly two decades, his family home remained a constant in his life, providing a stable and supportive environment.

Educational Pursuits

Sila’s educational journey commenced at Kendriya Vidyalaya NAD, where he began his schooling in March 1998. These formative years laid the foundation for his academic excellence and ignited his passion for learning. As he progressed through school, he displayed a remarkable aptitude for technology and innovation.

After completing his school education in March 2008, Sila embarked on a new chapter of his life by pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology at Avanthi Institute of Engineering Technology. This period from March 2010 to March 2014 marked a significant phase of personal and intellectual growth. It was during these years that he honed his technical skills and gained insights into the world of information technology.

Upon graduating from college, Sila was ready to spread his wings and explore the vast landscape of the professional world. He set out on a quest to find the perfect job that would allow him to apply his knowledge and skills.
