At Fortrea, Sila plays a critical role in assisting in the development and implementation of solutions to global technical service issues. His expertise lies in EDC tools like Medidata RAVE, Oracle InForm, and SAS programming. He reads, understands, and programs EDC objects and SAS programming as per specification documents, meeting client requirements with precision.

One of his core responsibilities is working on EDC edit checks, database design, custom functions, SAS checks, and listings, all while maintaining compliance with Good Clinical Practices. Sila prioritizes his workload to meet specific completion dates and ensures the maintenance of study databases for assigned projects.
